In my career, I’ve taken dozens of personality tests, DISC assessments, Myers-Briggs tests (INFJ strong), Enneagram tests, astrology charts, and I’m a Ravenclaw. However, no one ever taught me how to run a meeting effectively, document performance (good and not-so-good), manage simmering conflicts among staff, or all of the other real duties leaders perform.
