Who We Are

Hi, I’m Chris Handberg, and I partner with nonprofit organizations to strengthen operations, develop sustainable strategies, and improve internal systems—so they can serve their communities more effectively. Whether you’re navigating leadership transitions, reevaluating your policies, or shaping a strategic plan, I bring structure, clarity, and calm to the process.

My background includes decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, from securing critical grant funding to evaluating community programs and leading organizational health assessments. I’ve worked with grassroots groups and multi-state initiatives alike—always tailoring my approach to the unique needs, values, and goals of the team in front of me.

At the heart of my work is a simple goal: to make nonprofit life a little less overwhelming and a lot more impactful. I believe that when nonprofits are well-run on the inside, they can do more good on the outside—and I’m here to help make that happen.
